3D Scan!!!

So here I am at 31weeks +3 days. And today we had a 3D scan. It was really cool. Our little bean or should I say bruiser was quite comfortable laying underneath my placenta and kept his legs shut. We did get a slight sneak preview but no photo's unfortunately!

The bean is 4lbs and 8oz at present and the Doctor kept asking if my dates were correct. So the 26th of May may well be incorrect as an estimated due date. We'll just wait and see.

The thing to the left of the baby's face is my placenta and the umbilical cord is below his chin. His right hand is just about to come up to his mouth as it did the whole time we were having the scan.

So I have an ante natal appointment thursday which potentially means a Glucose tolerance test to check for Diabetes which will, I'd say most definately be done now due to the size of the bean.

9 1/2 weeks to go!!!

Well we've hit the 30 week mark!! We are having a 3D scan next week just because we can!! So we will be able to post a few previews on the blog for people to see!!

We have everything set up and keep getting gifts from family and friends in Australia and one excited Uncle!! We are being very spoilt. Actually this unborn child is being very spoilt. It is going to be the best dressed child in London!!

SO short and sweet I know but next week I promise a photo or two of the bub!!
